- Entire perimeter of the pouch is radio frequency heat sealed to the same high standards required by the U.S. Deparment of defense for the human remains pouch (BBENV-CFX-HD60). Designed for today's “high-risk” bio-hazard exposures (Complies with OSHA Reg. 3130 – Universal Precautions).
- #8 hd nylon zipper with padlock style zipper pulls. This allows pouch to be sealed with our mp-seal to provide “chain of custody” protection
- Unlike vinyl pouches, our new heavy duty PEVA pouch material remains flexible to -70 deg f (-56 deg c)
- Pouch is constructed with PEVA chlorine free, EPA Friendly impervious and abrasion resistant 16 MIL (400 mm) Non-PVC material. Allows direct cremation without removing remains from the pouch .
- Eight (8) padded handles RF welded directly into and are integral to the bag material for comfortable handling during transport. This eliminates the exterior sewn or riveted “webbing” style handles used on traditional transport body bags.
- Static Lift Tested to 450 LB Capacity. May be lifted by helicopter or crane using standard webbing slings thru the built-in padded handles. Meets DOD specifications for lifting capacity.
- Also available with a Clear Isolation Inner Panel like or popular BioVu ™ pouch.
- Available with antimicrobial self-absorbent pad installed on the bottom panel of the pouch. Pad absorbs approximately 5+ liters of body or embalming fluids.
